OSCELOT projects are developed through an open community process. Anyone with the necessary technical skills can contribute to the development of an OSCELOT project. If you want to learn, you can find a mentor within OSCELOT to help you along.
OSCELOT projects are hosted at our gForge based projects site projects.oscelot.org. Once you have registered you may create a project and get started. If you want to see what this provides, have a look at the Help with Projects page
